Wonderful hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. It was clean. The rooms were as advertised price wise. The staff was helpful in suggesting dining options near and far. Really enjoyed our stay and may stay there again when and if we take another trip to Vancouver.

We had a pleasant stay with clean rooms and friendly staff. However, we had a disgusting experience in the underground parking when someone vomited on our car, possibly a guest from the hotel bar.

Very nice hotel, staff were all kind. Breakfast buffet was superb. Easy and convenient transportation access to downtown vancouver. Clean and nice neighborhood. Lots of Restaurants infront of the hotel, which one offers service till 1am. Perfect for after concert food cravings. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks

The staff provides very good service. The rooms are clean, bed and pillows are very comfortable, we always get a very nice sleep. Our stay comes with hot breakfast which has always been a deal maker for us. And the location is very good, restaurants are just in front of the hotel so no need to worry about lunch or dinner. We will definitely come back when we visit Vancouver again.
