“The owners are very accommodating and we had plenty of space inside and outside, hosting 15 people. Very peaceful watching eagles across the river and relaxing in the hot tub and watching the sunrise! ”

“The Fox Den was one of our favorite places to stay. The house was equipped w everything we needed & decorated in a warm coutry theme. Especially liked the 2 recliners where we could put our feet up after a long day. The working farm was interesting being planting season. We had horses outside our windows & cattle across the road. Beautiful patio & front porch to watch sunsets & birds. Had a hummingbird feeder outside dinning room window - very fun to watch. Wisconsin is green and this area was……

“The host thought of everything including coffee pods and wine? beer. Extra blankets were also appreciated. Our only negative was that the bedrooms were very tiny. Fortunately we only had 3 guests...I have no idea where the 4th person would sleep. Nice fire pit in the back yard, but no chairs. But we will be back next year.”

“Our stay was wonderful. The cabin was just as described and even cozier in person.We loved the turn table and the old albums! All the ambiance lighting was perfect.Sitting on the garden chairs overlooking the stream was so relaxing and lulled us into a wonderful state of mind amongst the natural surroundings.We hope to return for another peaceful long weekend!!”

“Beautiful property with views of the Mississippi. Host checked in on us often and was very accommodating. We really enjoyed reading about the history of the home. There were so many cute details including a framed print of the original house plans. Nice place to stay.”

“The home overall was very clean, comfortable and relatively well appointed. The host made himself very available. The listing lists a sleeper couch that we expected would be moderately comfortable - It was not. We would not have considered this passable as a bed. There were also no sheets or pillow for this bed or the air mattress, so we had to make do. Aside from this, it was a pleasant stay. ”
