“Remote, zen bliss! Everywhere there are hammocks to relax. The hosts help set us up with activities as soon as we arrived (although the listings on the internet were vague about this, so we didn’t know what to expect). We took a 1 21/2 hour sail through the Delta. It was sublime! If you don’t mind Very rustic, this place is wonderful!”

“Stayed at Melly Home for my Vung Tau trip and loved it. The location is unbeatable—very close to the best local food spots but tucked away enough to be quiet. The highlight is definitely the private lake view; waking up to that water is so relaxing. The bungalow itself is cozy and well-maintained. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to stay central but avoid the noisy high-rise hotels”

The property was advertised as a 3-bedroom apartment. However, upon arrival, it became clear that the unit was originally a 2-bedroom layout, with the master bedroom divided into two smaller rooms. One of these rooms has no window and no air conditioning, making it unsuitable as a proper bedroom. This critical detail was not disclosed in the listing.

“The apartment was beautiful, clean, roomy and functional. The checking process was confusing because confirmation email from Expedia did not have the owner 's contact numbers. Eventually, I got checked in with the help of a gentleman at Suri rental office and a kid who handled paperwork and handed me the keys. The property owner was also very nice. Love the ocean view from the balcony.”
