“Lots of space in the room and the price was very affordable ”

“Me and my partner stayed here for just under 3 weeks. I found the place lovely and comfortable for what we needed. The place was clean and everything easy to use. Only issue I would say is to have a bigger frying pan for cooking or a 2nd one. The host Stephanie I felt was brilliant she checked in with us to see if there was anything she could do to help. The location is quiet with fantastic running/walking trails but is also not far from the shops and restaurants. I would recommended this place……

“A very enjoyable stay in the heart of Kitchener. Parking is not included but the municipal parking directly outside the window was helpful. So quiet despite being right downtown. The heat pump is genius, and we appreciated the AC so much when it was in the 30's over the weekend. Comfortable bed, and everything worked as posted. Thanks!”

“This was an amazing house and had everything we needed. It is located in a safe area, close to everything (gym, shopping, restaurants). The bathrooms were great, the beds were very comfortable, the wifi was excellent and the TV offered both cable and streaming. We didn’t use the garage but it was big. There was a great covered deck in the back. The driveway fit our three cars easily and could fit more. It was very clean and was perfect for our weekend with our family. ”

“Beautiful home in a nice and quiet neighborhood! It's a townhouse with two flights of stairs. The first takes you to the living area, kitchen, half bath and a balcony outside. Second takes you to the bedrooms and a full bath. Kitchen is fully stocked, from plates, cups, cutlery to food processor, dishwasher, MW, airfryer, etc Rooms are cozy with layers of warm beddings and all have smart TVs. The bed frame in the master bedroom was faulty but my husband put it together. Washer/dryer are……

“We had a great stay at Sachins home. New home with lots of space. Beds were comfortable and AC worked well. There is a keirig but no perk coffee maker. Bring tea towels and wash cloths plus salt/pepper etc.We will be back.Ken”

“We booked this property to host a rehearsal dinner and for bridal pictures in the morning. The property was better than described and Niki the host was great-easy to work with, answered my many questions and gave me a personal tour on how to use the home effectively. I can’t say enough about how beautiful the properly is inside and out. The pool house was an added bonus with great sunlight access for make-up/hair and enabled everyone to be together for the process. The pool house also served……
