“I checked in at 3:00.
At 5 or so the power went out. There was no back up lights or generator on property, and no one could tell us how long it would be off. I checked GA Power myself and was told it would be off 3 to 4 hours.
We decided to Check out and ask for refund. They told me that since we booked thru Expedia there was no refunds.
I tried to contact Expedia but I have not received a reply.”
