"Cleanliness While the hotel was cleaned, the standard was far from adequate. We found hair in our bedsheets, stains on the towels, and improperly washed plates and cutlery at breakfast. "The cleaniest resort i have seen, to say it's so busy it's spotless. The location is lovely right on the beach and the water park is so much fun for the children. Service is amazing and they really make you smile especially at breakfast. The food caters for all and all the restaurants are amazing! The only thing i would say is upon arrival nothing is really explained to you about how to book the restaurants where anything is, that you only get 3 restaurant booking in a week, the reception staff need more information on how to help clients that haven't been there before. Great stay and would highly recommend"

"I had an issue with the patio door lock on arrival. The manager called the maintenance guy out at 9pm at night to attempt to fix but was unable to. They promptly moved me to the same room opposite and promised to fix it by the morning. They kept that promise, and I was offered my original room back or could have stayed but I opted to take my original room. One day I got back and there was a small gift from the hotel to apologise! There was no need it was dealt with. The staff were wonderful and always friendly and smiling, nothing was ever too much. The mini bar addition in the room was a nice addition as well!"

"We stayed in an Executive room for five nights. 1. We weren't told that the room is cleaned and tidied only every other day. Things like that should be mentioned in advance. 2. There was a coffee machine in the room. We ran out of coffee capsules after a day and a half. When I asked why the coffee supplies hadn't been replenished, I was told that this had to be done through room service (for a fee!)"

"This hotel has it all. It’s stunning, well thought out, the sea views are endless, the staff are happy and helpful. If you are wanting a beautiful hotel, in a fantastic location this place is for you. However; the food is where I feel the hotel needs a little upgrading. I can only speak as a non-suite guest with access to only the buffet and snack bar, these were not what I would expect from a 5*. The à la carte restaurants looked truly amazing though and if we can ever come back and get a suite we will."

"Everything about Neptune was great, good sized suite for us and the kids, the staff were very friendly and the kids loved the pools and kids areas. We wish we’d booked for longer to make use of the other services, as we only stayed for 2 nights at end of our holiday as a treat, and would have been great to stay longer to enjoy the other activities and shows. Food could not be faulted, breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing with so much choice, and really enjoyed the Umami asian restaurant too. All in all a great end to our holiday to Kos!"
