He personally picked us up from a hotel we had previously been staying at, and took us directly to the property transporting our luggage, which is not easy within the walls of the old town. I had a wonderful experience at 10GR and could sing their praises for many things. A beautiful hotel is only as beautiful as the staff and service. The team won me over immediately and then became trusted connections during my 5 night stay after I had an accident. I fell and broke my wrist one evening (not in the hotel) and was traveling alone.
