I’ve been staying for almost two weeks, and the level of professionalism is the worst I’ve ever seen. The rooms are not clean, and although the housekeeping staff are kind and do their best, the reception team is incredibly rude and unhelpful. travel often, and I’ve never encountered such poor customer service.
