Set in an elevated countryside position near Doolin, the house enjoys beautiful sunsets with open views towards the Atlantic, the Aran Islands and glimpses of the Cliffs of Moher in the distance. Large windows and a glass door frame the surrounding landscape and fill the home with natural light. Inside, the property balances heritage character with modern comfort. Ensuite baths for each bedroom are terrific for group stays, though the hallway and stairways with isolating fire doors make the home feel a bit more institutional. The house is supplied with everything you may need. Even though we were only a group of four, this would be great for a larger group. I had a couple of questions and the host responded immediately. The owners are close by and very helpful. Plenty of room for all, bedrooms are big and comfortable. Washing machine is a big plus for a family on the move. Although Doolin wasn't on our list for 2020 we added it for 2023 and were very happy we did so; especially given the great communication and flexibility that we had from Rosanna and Patrick. Can't say enough good things about them and the property. We didn’t have a coffee maker to use for our group, one text and at the end of the day we had a brand new coffee maker. Just lovely! Thank you so much! Just have a couple of recommendations. As we had 6 adults staying there, we didn’t have adequate seating in the living room for the amount of approved occupants. There needs to be more simple kitchen tools e.g. spatula for cooking as pans were provided, enough towels for each guest, more than one set of keys as we don’t all go in packs to each location touring. We were disappointed that, although we had a lovely set of French doors looking out at the cliffs, there was no key to open the doors and no outdoor seating to enjoy a spectacular view. Add just a couple of these amenities…a wonderful spot to stay! The owners were wonderful, the house was beautiful and the views were amazing. It was nicely decorated, and the kitchen had everything we needed! Beds and bathrooms were very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we made breakfast before heading out to the Cliff’s of Moher. Don’t miss McGann’s Pub for dinner, live music and great food!
