Security Deposit:** A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is a three bedroom cottage which accommodated is just fine. The area is rural, so if you are looking for the convenience of not having to drive, this is not the place for you. If you ARE looking for a relaxing and extraordinary view of the Irish countryside this is a must stay! This property is surrounded by farms on all sides. If you enjoy walking, you will love what this area has to offer. Nature, farm animals and friendly neighbors. A short walk to a local beach and beautiful scenery! Matthew, the owner of the cottages is a delightful man whom we enjoyed many conversations with. Overall experience was wonderful and I would love to stay here again! ##### Kate M.
