"Don't plan on skiing early, as the front desk manager refuses to check you out before 8 am. Also, parking is limited and the property is totally overpriced for its condition.
The front desk manager on March 2, 2025 literally yelled at guests who wanted to check out at 7:35 am, despite assurances from the previous day's shift. Never seen any Hotel staff in the world being that unprofessional and angry!!"

"The apartment was well equipped and the location was beautiful. There was some confusion about the fact that bedding and towels were not provided. We were able to rent clean bedding from the reception desk for 36€. Wilco arranged for towels. Just a bit surprising. Otherwise all good. "
