“This house was amazing! Very spacious and lot of room for a large group. The pool was were we spent more the time and of course the kitchen were we have family style meals”

“There are several rental cabins available in varying sizes. This is close to the state park, a local bar/restaurant, and easy access to the lake. The cabins are clean and easy to rent. We enjoyed the outdoor fire place. I would recommend to anyone looking to stay at Lake Rathbun to book one of these cabins.”

“Myself and two of my buddies did a fishing trip to the lake. The cabin was a short trip to the boat launch. The cabin was very clean and everything was well organized. The amenities that were supplied were sufficient. The staff had great communication with us when we needed it and addressed all of our questions. The only thing that I would say is that the Wi-Fi was a little quirky. For us it did not matter cuz we were not there to mess around on that Wi-Fi very much. I would recommend these……

“Reminded me of the main sitting room of the Hill House in Helensburgh, Scotland looking out at the gardens. It felt very welcoming, and the host left a lovely bouquet of fresh flowers. The property was very clean, well maintained and comfortable. The yogurt and granola provided was a welcome touch. I even enjoyed playing the LPs.”

“We needed a place to stay for a celebration of life for our grandpa. The place was very roomy and clean. The nightlights in the basement were very helpful to find your way around. We just needed a place to rest our heads at night, but it would be a great place to stay and explore the lake and other amenities it has to offer.”

“The cabin was spotless and very well stocked with everything promised on the website. The location offers spectacular views of a pond and a nice trail for walking. The cabin was nice and warm for our February stay and it was peacefully quiet and so relaxing. The only thing that was sightly disappointing is how fast the hot water runs out. Plan on less than a ten minute shower or turn it off and on during the whole shower process. We will definitely be staying again.”

“A weekend visit with family. After the drive over from Detroit, it is really nice to have a house that you can recline and relax in -- and everyone gets their own space -- vs. a single hotel room. This is a really nice house with excellent renovations. The Florida room off the kitchen is a great gathering space that lends itself to nice, casual conversations. The kitchen is well equipped. “Although the house looks small from the outside, there's plenty of room inside. Everything was very clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable as was the couch. The kitchen had every amenity a person might need and the kitchen table easily seats four. The TV is on the wall and instructions to operate it were clearly written out as were how to access the free wi-fi which I found to be plenty fast.
