“This cottage was very nice and relaxing. It is close to a highway for ease of access, but very quiet. The view of the creek out the back is lovely and everything was exactly like the pictures. It is on a shared property with other rentals, but we had plenty of our own space. There was firewood provided for both the fire pit and indoor wood stove and a few extra small surprises included that were nice to have! Would highly recommend staying here to anyone wanting to escape for awhile. Natural...

“My husband and I stayed at Gwen's Nest for two nights on a weekend. Todd was highly communicative and very accommodating to our needs, including a late night arrival. “We loved the location and the place!! Very cozy and quiet! My only complaint would be to update the photos. It showed a bunk bed wth a full bed underneath up in the loft,which we accounted for, but there was only a queen air mattress along with a regular full/queen bed. So we had to make some adjustments. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay!!!”

The cabin itself is gorgeous and the surroundings so beautiful and peaceful. The stress melted away and our family was rejuvenated. “you will find the home nestled at the bottom of a valley surrounded by forest. our dogs had a wonderful time exploring and smelling nature. while we enjoyed watching the abundant bird population and butterflys. we cant wait to come back! my only recommendation is, if you want your pups to hangout in the cave or go on the walking trails, I would bring dog shoes to protect their feet. some of the rocks can be sharp.. ”
