“We enjoyed our stay. We booked because it was geographically close to Jackson and Grand Teton without being overpriced. However, it does require a lengthy drive (timewise) to visit those places because you are going through the mountains on a steep road. This should not prevent you from booking because the trip is certainly doable and safe, but something to consider. The location is very remote and rustic. The locals were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more special. Ashton is a small town, but that’s exactly what we loved about it. It’s the perfect escape from noise and pollution—a quiet, peaceful spot surrounded by natural beauty. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a restful retreat with a warm, small-town feel.”
