Being a basement apartment in the summer it was extremely stuffy and I would recommend a fan or two for air circulation. Opened the windows at night however that magnified the sound of barking dog which made the stay most unbearable. There is a dog living above the apartment in the house section/ directly outside the basement window. and it barked and howled all night both nights. Would have been appreciated if this...

"The apartment was great! It smelled so clean when we entered! It was just as pictured, and close to all the things we wanted to do. The kitchen was pretty well stocked (except there were only 2 eating spoons, so that was a bit tricky, but not a big deal for us. We just washed them a lot). It was on the 4th floor, with no elevator, which was totally fine for our group, but those who have trouble with stairs would want to know that. We would definitely stay here again when we come to Rexburg."

"I wish we could have stayed a little longer to utilize the firepit and outdoor area. It was nice to unplug for a bit with that back to basics home feel. No wifi, but excellent phone reception. A lot of history and character in the house. A few of our family members had a rough sleep in a few of the beds, but with recliners available it was great! Host had great communication and helped us when a few in our party had some struggles with the lock. Great host! Peaceful location "
