Spread over two levels. this beautifully appointed home has been furnished and fitted to the highest quality, and with your absolute comfort in mind. Comprising of four generous bedrooms, (1 x Californian King, 2 x Queen, 1 x 2 singles) plus 2 fully equipped bathrooms plus a seperate toilet. There is off street parking for 3 vehicles at the rear of the property, a real bonus this close to the city centre. (This area is covered by external CCTV cameras for your comfort and security) Relax on a cool Dunedin evening in front of the logburner, and take in the breathtaking nightscape, or enjoy cooking and creating in the fully equipped kitchen for your group or family. There is a large dining area complete with heatpump and second TV for the kids. In the Summer you will just love the Sunny aspect of the living areas, as well as the upstairs conservatory. Conveniently located, stunning views and they had thought of everything you might need for your stay. Fiona was a fantastic host and nothing was a problem. We originally had 8 adults staying but the baby sitter fell through and we needed to add our 2.5 year old granddaughter. The house is beautiful, clean and warm. I highly recommend this wonderful property in the heart of Dunedin. The space was charming, with so many personal touches that made it feel like home away from home. The view took our breath away time after time.
