"The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with a full kitchen, as expected. However, our stay was heavily impacted by multiple issues and the lack of on-site support, which made things particularly stressful while traveling with a child. We ended up spending a lot of time communicating with NUMA support via WhatsApp. Although we received a 30% refund, we would not stay here again.
The first issue occurred on arrival when the luggage storage system in the open area didn’t work, and support was unable to assist. The second was a failure of the heating system, making the room uncomfortably cold at night. Support could only arrange a check the next day, but the issue remained unresolved, and the portable heater provided was not sufficient.
Finally, during rain, water leaked from the air ventilation system, dripping directly onto us, which was extremely unpleasant.
Overall, while the room itself met expectations, the unresolved issues and lack of immediate support made this a frustrating and disappointing experience."
