The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and had a fully equipped kitchen which made our stay very comfortable. ​The location in Griffith is perfect: quiet and leafy, but only a short walk to the shops and dining in Kingston and Manuka. “Good place to stay if you need a kitchen and room to move. Apartments have a full-size kitchen with hot plates, oven, fridge etc. There’s plenty of space for luggage, toys, travel cots etc. There’s heating/cooling in every room (split system), which works out well for Canberra summers and winters. Only downside is that the apartment is clearly uninsulated and becomes unbearably hot if you’re on the top floor. Of course, you can always turn the A/C on, but it just feels so wasteful!”

“Wonderful hotel full of old style glamour, beautiful spacious room. Great staff giving good service in every area of the hotel, would recommend dinning in the restaurant menu varied and great quality. Particularly enjoyed the club which housed the pool & spa plus a large well equipped gym.”

“OMG this place is so amazing. Five star all the way. We stayed in Lemur room 2 and they hung out mostly on our side. Food was out of this world. Staff are so accommodating and friendly. The zoo is amazing and the tour in the morning was so good. The young man was so great and I cannot explain how beautiful this was. I would love to go back again. xxxx”

“The whole Yurt was fantastic.”

“My 1st visit the room was spotless but 2nd visit it smelled so bad was hard to stay and the carpet stained. I give 5 stars as the staff are friendly, accomodating, helpful and amazing from reception to bar, to chef to waiting staff. I haven't met the cleaning staff but I have done this type of work in the past and always appreciative, that is why I strip beds, fold dirty towels and empty rubbish bins. I hope to be given the same respect and I'll visit again surely:)”

“El apartamento que nos asignaron era muy ruidoso y nos cambiaron a una habitación muy amplia y agradable pero no hicieron la limpieza antes de que entráramos todos los muebles llenos de polvo, la terraza con telarañas, vajilla sucia y restos de comida usada en el congelador, al día siguiente tampoco hicieron limpieza y cuando llegaron a darnos toallas limpias, solo se llevaron la basura.”
