Staff, room and location were all wonderful. The only downside was that when arriving in our room there was a fan/air con that was extremely noisy and grating. We advised reception of this when leaving for the afternoon, and were told they would look into it. On returning a new reception staff member advised it has been fixed by maintenance so a room move wasnt necessary. Unfortunately a 4am, the noise started again and was intrusive enough to wake us up. Thankfully the following night it happened around 11pm. When checking out we let reception know, only to be told that a maintenance request had been filed and they were aware the problem wasnt fixed. It wasnt a huge deal, but was disruptive and we would have accepted the room change had we not been told the issue was fixed. Otherwise the room was clean, and location near QV, melbourne central and trans is great.
