Surround yourself with the beautiful brand new wainscoting and traditional Cape Cod décor. The cozy and clean main floor offers a full bathroom with shower, the kitchen area, and the sitting and dining space with 30" TV. Ascend the stairs to find the ship lap wood surrounding you in the sleeping quarters with queen bed (NEW MATRESS) complete with a dressing area. Sip coffee on the patio and enjoy the encompassing meticulously maintained gardens. This apartment is located near the bay beaches offering world class sunsets and the popular Cape Cod Rail Trail. Find peace during a short stroll to restaurants, coffee shops, Ben & Jerry's ice cream, and convenience stores or take a quick drive to the Cape Cod National Seashore encompassing the ocean beaches! Looking for a little more space? Check out our sister unit (2237) situated adjacent to this unit featuring three additional bedrooms, a kitchen, family room, and a private back yard! Short Stay on the Cape

The place was clean and conveniently located for biking or going to the beach. Upstairs bedroom was nice, downstairs living room space was a bit smaller than we expected, but the kitchen and bathroom were nice… add an outdoor shower and the place would be perfect.

Nice quiet location

My girlfriend and I stayed here for her 21st birthday. It was in a perfect location to access beaches and restaurants in less than 10 minutes. Perfect rental for 2 people but wouldn’t recommend for more than just a couple. If you’re looking to get away with your significant other I would highly recommend!
