Beautiful Waterfront Home with POOL minutes from St. Michaels and Easton!

This completely renovated WATERFRONT 4 bedroom/4 bath home is tucked away on a beautiful, quiet cove on Solitude Creek, off the Miles River, with a large 3.5 acre yard for playing....a private in-ground POOL & dock, & kayaks, paddle board for water fun! "Solitude" provides everything for a relaxing, memorable family & friends vacation!

Our family of 5 purchased this home in 2022 and renovated the entire home, including installing six inch white oak wood flooring throughout. It is bright, comfortable & spacious with nautical themes through the home. All the furniture, mattresses, rugs...all is brand new!

The location is private, but conveniently located between Easton and St Michaels, close to everything you need! Minutes to St. Michaels and Easton and full of shopping, sightseeing and dining options! Any store you need is within 5-10 minutes drive! We also have a wonderful restaurant, T at the General Store and an inn, The Oaks...both walkable from our home.

We have a large dining room table as well as large outdoor dining table - both with ample seating. We have several outdoor umbrellas and zero-gravity chairs by the pool. We have a dock that has several crab traps for you and your family to catch your next crab feast! Or maybe go fishing and enjoy your time on the dock overlooking Solitude Creek. And as the sun sets, please enjoy our solo stove and firepit area and roast some marshmallows!

Each bedroom is very spacious and three of the bedrooms have King beds. The "kids" room has a Queen over Queen bunk bed as well as a stand-alone queen bed. There is a separate TV and recreation room that has plenty of kids toys so if parents want to shut the door and enjoy the peace and wonderful view from the sunroom that overlooks the pool and waterfront, they can! We also have a shuffle board table for adults and children to enjoy, as well as several lawn games including croquet and corn hole! The sunroom is our favorite room and has seating for everyone, its a place to relax, read, talk with friends and family and enjoy waterfront living!

We adore this home and the surrounding area and hope you too will make wonderful memories fishing, crabbing, kayaking, swimming, exploring and more!

Note: We have a property manager that lives a few miles from the house that will be available if any issues arise. She can also provide you with concierge services if you would like to be connected directly. We also live in a neighborhood, so we ask you to observe quiet hours in the evening.

Fantastic Stay
The property looks just like the pictures. The home is beautifully furnished and the view from the house is spectacular and peaceful. We were a group of 7 friends (all adults) and there was plenty of space for all of us. The property manager was super responsive- had to contact about two small things and she got right back to me. Such a short easy drive to downtown St Michaels; Highly recommend staying here!

I took my family, children and grandchildren for Christmas at St. Michaels. We have been attending the parade for the past 8 years. The Property was perfect for our stay. The open space, views, and location were wonderful and the commute to St Michaels and Easton were short trips. I would stay here again and would recommend this property for others especially with children between 6-12.

Beautiful home and property. Fully equipped kitchen and fun game/tv room for all ages. Each bedroom was comfortable and spacious. Our family loved making this house our home base while attending a wedding. We had events in Easton and St. Michaels and the house was close to both.

Fairly private with a gorgeous view
The location is fairly private with a gorgeous view. And it's close enough to civilization that you can get groceries/food delivered or pop into town for essentials. The house was clean, nicely furnished, with the basics to get us started. We didn't have kids with us, but they would have loved this house! So many fun games and toys. Plus, pool floats and kayaks. A tip: you will likely have limited cell service, so screenshot the WiFi and check-in information prior to arriving at the house.

Beautiful home!
Everything about this property was perfect! The bright and airy home, large property, amenities, and location made for a relaxing getaway, while still offering plenty of activities to keep everyone satisfied. I traveled with my husband, twin 2 year olds and in-laws and the house accommodated all of us without us feeling like we were on top of each other. We appreciated the kid-friendly toys/ games and large play room, which kept our toddlers (and the adults) happy! The house was fully stocked. We loved being able to fish, crab, kayak, and enjoy the pool. There were great restaurants in the surrounding areas of Easton and St. Michaels, both of which were only short 10-15 minute drives from the home. I highly recommend this property!!!

Fantastic stay for families!
This is a wonderful property perfectly equipped for large or extended families to enjoy time on the water. We were 4 adults with a 3 year old, 18 month old, and 8 month old and the house was perfect for our needs. For those traveling with children, the walk-in closed in the first floor master easily fits a full-sized crib. The other bedrooms are also spacious enough to easily fit a full-size crib. The playroom downstairs is nicely stocked with family games more geared to school-aged children, but just having a dedicated play area (that you can then close off to not look at the mess) was wonderful. We cooked almost every meal and the kitchen has everything we needed including large serving platter, blender, etc. It was also easy to navigate and the TWO dishwashers was a huge plus. The sunroom was beautiful and cozy with the most relaxing view of the creek- it was the perfect place to sit when you needed a break from the outdoor action but still wanted to enjoy nature. We spent most of our time outside on this beautiful property. We swam, caught crabs (a highlight for my three year old), went kayaking, grilled, dined al fresco and saw a turtle, frogs, a fox, and deer. In the evenings after kids went to bed we pulled out the solo stove and had a glass of wine by the fire, watching the sky change colors over the creek. Life is good at this property!!! All finishes are clearly brand new and very nicely done. Pool and patio also seem new and freshly poured. Perfect stay!!

Cleanest VRBO/ABNB I have rented. Lots of children's toys. 10 mins to St Michael's. Same to Easton. Well maintained house. We'll be back!
