“There were 5 of us for a semi-annual retreat weekend. We had a very relaxing time. All the beds were comfortable and clean. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals. The BBQ was in good working condition. Small minor things the fridge light was burnt out and we could have used a few more seats for our movie as the living room only seats 4. But we loved everything and Tom the outside resident cat was a real hit. He was very friendly and checked on us every morning and even went for a……

“I tried to get past the first negative experiences when we arrived: not being provided the alarm code and setting it off, the snow not being cleared at the entrance, not enough pillows, and the home smelling of smoke. There was also an issue with none of the kitchen or dining room lights working and the microwave wouldn’t work. But the one amenity our group was really looking forward to was the outdoor hot tub. When used it was at 89F (recommended temp is at least 100F) and we couldn’t adjust……
