The views of the river were breathtaking, especially at sunrise! We loved watching the tide come in. The boys caught numerous types of fish and crabs from the dock, including shrimp! There were porpoises seen every day. Also a manatee and what we think was a sea otter eating a big catfish. Very stress free area and only about 10 minutes to a beach. The home is well stocked with everything you need (linens, towels, kitchen utensils, fishing poles, bikes, kayaks, etc). We enjoyed most of our time fishing off the dock where we saw a lot of dolphins and manatees. The neighborhood is quiet, easy to get to and in very close proximity to anything you may need.
