“06/28 My family and I stayed at this location. According to my reservation check in started at 3PM, we arrived at 5 PM and we were told that our room wasn’t ready. That the cleaning staff was behind. I asked if there were any comparable available and was told no. Staff on site said they would call when it was ready, and hour and a half later no call. I called twice and no one answered - ended up having to call customer service to get an answer. Finally checked in closer to 7, the towels in the……

“Bring your own pillows. There were no bed pillows! Only 3 small 14 inch decorative throw pillows on king size bed. Pool is out of order going on 3 years according to staff. Bed was very firm and uncomfortable if you have arthritis in hips. Overall, it was okay as far as cleanliness and being spacious.”

“Checked in Friday night 6/19. Room was very nice. We put our cooler stuff in the fridge. Saturday morning my wife made a cup of coffee in the kitchenette. We stayed in a suite and there was a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, and one cup coffee maker. She tried to make another cup of coffee and apparently a fuse blew to the kitchenette.
