No Hair Dryer No Service
Found no hair dryer when I was done with my shower. Called front desk and she said she couldn't bring me one. I asked if I could go down to the desk and pick it up. She said no because there were not other staff and she couldn't leave the front desk to go get one. I had to go to my meeting with wet hair. Also- gates and doors were left open0- did not feel secure.
