Beautiful scenery

Elgin is such a beautiful place. This was a great place to get away from the city for the weekend. We enjoyed our stay.

Quiet, Peaceful Stay

The best AZ has to offer!

If you want to stay in a beautiful place then look no further. It is such a lovely home with beautiful surroundings, and an amazing night sky. Of course it’s all topped off with the most attentive hosts.I will start here again in a heartbeat.

Ranch relaxation

I absolutely love this ranch home, location and our hosts are the most wonderful people. It was a short stay this time, but 2 very fun, wonderful, relaxing, adventure filled days. I am so very thankful for Lori and Chris’s kind hospitality and friendship.

Perfect getaway

This was the perfect house & location for our girls wine trip. There was more than enough room for the 4 of us and the house was clean & the beds were really comfortable! Lori & Chris were awesome hosts & made the check in & out process super easy! The grounds are beautiful & it was so peaceful & quiet. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Amazing

A getaway place that has all the comforts of home and then some. This has been the second time staying here and highly recommend this place. I’m not really sure that I should give such a great review due to the fact that I may have a hard time finding availability next time.

Amazing Stay!

The property was so cute and clean! We really enjoyed our stay! The property had everything that we needed with great sunrise/sunset views. Lori and Chris were amazing! We visited their tasting room and met their horses. So fun! We will definitely be back!

My brother’s wedding!

We enjoyed our visit, such a beautiful house with lots of room for everyone, very clean the owner of the property thought of everything. The views are so serene very relaxing. We in joyed the wineries to. We will be back. Lori was a perfect host!

Peaceful gem

Chris and Lori are very attentive hosts. There are beautiful views from every window and the house is very well furnished with lots of extra supplies. It’s a totally peaceful retreat, the only sound is birdsong.We loved the tranquility and the space around the property.

Perfect Location!

The house was in a great location with the wine tasting we wanted to do in Sonoita! Lori and Chris were wonderful and made our stay comfortable and easy. The home was perfect for two couples and it was nice to have a garage to park our car in and loved that the property was gated. The views were beautiful and the area is peaceful. We would stay here again! Thank you Lori and Chris!

Lovely place with all you need

Party of four enjoyed our two night stay at this wonderful spot. Much better than being at a hotel, over 1400 ft.², two bedroom, two bath, kitchen and living room gives space for all to enjoy. The property was private, extremely clean, had absolutely incredible views, covered outdoor patio with sitting areas and a swing. Perfect place to stay while visiting wine country. Each day we cooked dinner and breakfast in the open kitchen and enjoyed the beautiful stars at night. We met the hosts who own the winery Sunset Ride in town and they were very welcoming and we had a blast during our tasting with them!

Wonderful property

Friends and I were there to go Wine Tasting. The property exceeded our expectations. Chris and Lori were wonderful hosts, we could not be more pleased with the accommodations.

Fabulous home & outstanding accommodations

Laurie was more then an exceptional host, she is so thoughtful and thinks of every detail. A personal note on the chalkboard, horse and dog treats, fresh eggs, cream, chocolate and the best of everything. We all cannot wait to return, horse included! Thank you for everything, J & J Family

Perfect Wine Country Getaway

We were excited to have booked this property when we found it, and we were not disappointed! The property is huge and we and our dog very much enjoyed walking it. It's so close to a handful of great wineries. We are VRBO owners ourselves and recognize a well-managed property when we see it. We were very impressed with the personal touches, handwritten notes, and overall hospitality. The owners have also recently opened their own tasting room in town - Sunset Ride Wine. We highly recommend it, and it gave us a chance to meet our hosts, who are lovely people. This will be our spot when we return to Sonoita!
