Nice Mosel views but impossible to sleep and bathroom was tiny, shower was too small, towels were thin... bad experience!!”

“Everything was great during my stayed. The owner was a little rude to us at the beginning of the check in process as he closes the check in desk at 7 pm and we were unaware of that. Also, all communication sent to us was in German and he suggested next time we should use Goggle Translate. Our head was blown away for his lack of disrespect. Other then that the staff was great and the place was pretty neat.”

Die Wanderungsroute (ca. 6 km, 2 Std.) zur berühmten Geierlay Hängeseilbrücke startet gerade am Rand des Dorfes. Das fordert keine speziellen Skills, ist doch……

“Its in a beautiful area, on the Mosel. In a residential street, with parking for about 12 cars near the hotel. (We had to park 10 min walk away in another property's garden) A tad expensive for what it is, but you do get a good breakfast, and access to the pool which is a bonus. The property looks like its been recently modernised, however i was surprised to find there was no AC in the room and the most useless TV remote i have ever encountered.”

“The hotel is 15mins walk from train station but at the center of the altstadt. It has a small staircase at the front door, but it has elevator inside so very convenient overall. Basically you can go everywhere you need within 5-15mins walk. It actually has a sauna you can use once you reserve with the hotel staff. German style breakfast was nice. View from the window is 100% excellent if you are located on the high floors. No air-con though only fans in the room in summer.”

“The person at the check in counter was very helpful. The rest of the staff was unhelpful, rude, and at one point one of the women servers bumped into my disabled friend almost knocking him over. That’s pretty much what you can expect from this down at the heels, poorly run hotel. The website offered breakfast, and WiFi - but neither were available. My room had no hot water in the sink, dirty floors, and paper thin towels. This was the last hotel in town not booked- that should have sounded……
