"Among all the hotels I’ve stayed at in Yalova, Black Bird Thermal Hotel truly stands out as the best. The atmosphere, cleanliness, and overall service were excellent. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The facilities and comfort level exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The only downside was the breakfast — it was not bad, but it felt limited and could definitely be improved to match the overall quality of the hotel."

"The staff were so friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the room attendant visited every day and gave us everything we needed. The food was great too, room service offered which was so handy. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants near by and the marina was only a short walk or taxi away. The shopping at the marina was great. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks to all for making our stay a good one."

"I had a wonderful stay stay here. The hotel staff went out above and beyond with acts of kindness to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible for me because I am traveling for medical reasons. I always know that booking a Radisson hotel is a safe bet, but this one is definitely the most attentive one I have stayed at. I highly recommend staying here for a layover or a relaxing break, the hotel has large grounds with many recreational amenities for hotel guests to enjoy, it is also only 5 minutes from SAW airport.
