The lobby looks very clean and nice, but when we went up to the floor our room was on, it felt like the elevator had transported us somewhere else. It was very industrial and cold. The rooms are very basic. Not super comfortable, but fine. I might stay here again because the location is so convenient, but I'd be better prepared for what to expect."

"Beautiful and very clean property with a great location, near both the Shinkansen but also the Sanyo-Himeji line. Near lots of shops and restaurants, Lawson’s attached to the building, and a shopping mall very close by. The hotel restaurant was amazing and the included breakfast was nice as well.
