### Rainier Ranch & Poolside Escape

Sitting on a 5.15-acre gated lot, this remodeled ranch-style rambler offers the perfect home away from home for your next trip to Enumclaw, WA! This superb home is all about entertainment and comfort no matter where you are. Outside, the home boasts a 1,700-square feet patio with an impressive BBQ area (built-in gas grill) and a gas firepit - all with Mt. Rainier views. It's the perfect spot to host summertime barbecues and roast s'mores under the starry night sky.  
  
Inside, this snowbird-friendly gem has a total of 4,412 square feet of footage, including 1,120 square feet of pool room. The pool room boasts an in-ground heated pool with a brand-new pool heater, poolside loungers, a poolside hot tub, and a half bathroom. Spend your days swimming to your heart's content, playing pool basketball with the attached hoop, or treating yourself to soothing baths in the hot tub.  
  
The home features rich wood accents, presenting a Pacific Northwest feel throughout the home. Discover not one, but two separate living areas, ideal for larger groups. One of the living areas boasts a beautiful gas fireplace and a comfortable seating area, where you can gather and plan your next adventures with family and friends. The larger living room enjoys vaulted ceilings, a large smart TV with streaming services and cable, numerous book and board games, and even a small wet bar. Surprise your guests with your culinary skills in the adjoining, well-appointed kitchen and treat them to delicious homemade meals. The kitchen has been appointed with modern, stainless steel appliances and a cute coffee station with Keurig and drip coffee makers. The formal dining room makes for a great place to host formal meals and game nights.   
  
All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, custom built-in wardrobes, and smart TVs. They are all about comfort and entertainment! The primary bedroom enjoys an en suite bath with a 7' massage tub, heated floors, and a walk-in shower with two shower heads.  
  
This impressive retreat is located only one and a half miles from downtown Enumclaw, with easy access to fantastic restaurants, supermarkets, and attractions, including Crystal Mountain, Nolte State Park, White River Amphitheatre, Muckleshoot Resort Casino Resort, Flaming Geyser State Park, Kanaskat-Palmer State Park, Game Farm Park, Lake Meridian Park, Enumclaw Golf Course, Auburn Golf Course, and Summit Central - The Summit At Snoqualmie.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.  
Check-out time: 11:00 a.m.  
All guests shall abide by SavageVacations good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.  
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.  
The front room couch has a pull-out queen-size bed for an additional sleeping option.  
2 dog(s), weighing 35lbs or less, are welcome in this home with additional non-refundable pet fee. No other animals are allowed.  
  
For guest safety and property security, there are exterior cameras located at the front entrance and back patio. These cameras are operational and may record video and audio. There are no cameras inside the home.  
  
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.  
  
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $1500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
