After paying in expedia and recribing confirmation, the hotel sent a mssg to chevkin online via a link. Thats fine. However, never before did i need to include my passpot photo as well as my wife's....plus many other details, more than airline checkin! The reeervation was on my name, so why do they need my wifes passport? After...

"The apartment is located on the edge of Johanisberg allowing easy access for walks in the surrounding vineyard. Many restaurants are in easy walking distance including the 2 restaurants at the Burg Schwarzenstein. The apartment is very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is very pleasant to sit on in and enjoy the view. If it is too cold there is a large window which you can look out from the dining area. "

"After a two week WWII historical tour, my son and I used this place to relax for a week, do laundry, and as an HQ for visiting Frankfurt-area universities and the Nürburgring (about an hour away). Had a lovely stay! Quiet, peaceful village. Beautiful view. Loved Cappicola pizza at Da Aldo Hauptstraße and Wiener schnitzel at restaurant Zum Adler. We bought groceries at Markt-Bäckerei, which is just a quick drive to the next village. Hope to return in the future."

"Still under construction(=new) Elevators are out of order(going up and down to 3rd floor with luggage is a bit off ). You need to slam the door to lock the door to the room. Very close to FRA terminal 2\. Newly developing area so nothing much happening but good if you are arriving late and leaving early from the airport. The staff there was friendly and helpful. So once all the work done it’ll be better I think."

"We arrived late in the evening after a concert in Frankfurt. The instructions were clear, and we had no problems accessing the apartment. We were very happy to have off-street parking. The neighborhood was quiet. We slept comfortably in the rooms. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The bathroom and shower were excellent. "I reached out to the hotel before my stay because my flights got cancelled due to the situation in the Middle East. I was aware the booking was non-refundable and simply asked whether any goodwill solution might be possible. Unfortunately, I never received any response from the hotel at all. The lack of communication is disappointing. If I had known this beforehand, I would likely have chosen a hotel with reception service, something to consider before booking."

"Great hotel for overnight stays when transiting thru Frankfurt. The hotel is very close to the airport, although there is no shuttle, an uber cost us 15€ to get to the hotel and 11€ to get to the airport. It is also close to Gateway Garden S Bahn stop, about 10’ walk, which can take you to the airport and into the centre of Frankfurt in about 15’. The rooms are very nice, great beds, good shower. The breakfast was pretty good as well. The staff were super friendly and kind. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends and family. "
