"This is a nice little hotel within walking distance to a bus station that takes you everywhere in Luzern. The rooms are a little outdated and old with only basics included. For instance, there was only one power outlet (which had a lamp and fan already plugged in) in the entire room. The breakfast was good. Staff very polite. Nice play area for kids on the first floor. Overall, I think it was a little too expensive for what it offered but I guess thatā€™s Switzerland!!"
