The house has its own entrance and a panoramic view of Porto Heli. It is located on the first floor of a complex of luxury apartments and has an open space with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a Smart TV and a dining room. This space offers a direct view of the swimming pool and the settlement of Porto Helio, all the way down to the sea. In addition, the house has two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with all amenities, as well as a large terrace with a unique view of the harbor and the beautiful blue waters of the natural bay of Porto Heli. In addition, on the terrace just outside the living room, you will find a swimming pool for private use, which is surrounded by outdoor furniture, creating an idyllic environment for your summer relaxation and offering unique moments of natural beauty, especially during the beautiful sunset. All the rooms are air-conditioned and there is free Wi-Fi connection and an underground parking space in the complexs garage. The location of the apartment is ideal, since all the points of interest in the wider area are within a short distance from it. The majority of shops, cafes and restaurants are at a distance of 3 minutes by car, the port of Kosta is at a distance of 6 minutes by car (where there is a direct connection to the island of Spetses by water taxi), the beautiful areas of Agios Emilianos and Henitsa at a distance of 10 and 8 minutes respectively, while the picturesque town of Ermioni is 20 minutes away by car. ## 住宿服务设施 ### 沙滩 -
