"Very nice accommodations, pleasant and helpful staff, although our requirements were few. Good central location in close proximity to Trafalgar Square, Whitehall, the Tube, etc. Avoid paying for extended checkout time; it’s outrageous."

"Room was lovely, one of the best we have stayed in, in London and we visit London a lot at weekends.
Only thing I can complain about is the pillow. Wasn’t consistent with the other pillows on the bed and was very lumpy. "
