Although the home is large, it feels warm and cozy. Fantastic location that was an easy walk to downtown Exeter where there are great restaurants and cute shops. Easy drives to the ocean, mountains and Boston. It truly felt like home. The house is kitted out with everything needed. It’s the perfect launching pad to stay when visiting New England or a child at Phillips Exeter Academy. The location is great. Shops and restaurants are a short walk. The Academy is close but you’re not on top of your child.
