“The good: well located, charming decor, and a super helpful staff. Cute pub in the basement and lovely outdoor breakfast patio. Nice shops and restaurants nearby and the front desk recommended a beautiful winery within a few miles. Possibly the most beautiful bed I've ever slept in. The bad: My 86 y.o. mother and I had to shlep our luggage up to the 3rd floor ourselves - no elevator and no porters. That would have been nice to know beforehand. Coffee was terrible, but cafe next door rocked.”

“The Lola is such a lovely, cozy suite! The amenities and features were amazing, especially the bathroom, hot tub, bed, lighting fixtures, and fireplace. The only thing I wished is if check-in was a couple hours earlier to give more time to enjoy our stay! If you’re looking for a perfect spot to relax and enjoy yourself, this is it!”

“The carpet in the hall is blue but so threadbare it is white before each door. The windows you can barely see out of they are so dirty. The wallpaper is falling off the wall with many dings and dents in the walls, lampshades. 5 pillows and one was yellowish. A huge rip in my curtains. rips on the chair at the desk. Hard to believe this place is 170 a night. Very disappointed to stay here.”
