“We had a lovely impromptu get together with our family, 10 of us all together ranging from grandparents down to 11 years old. Home was lovely, clean and had plenty of space to spread out. Well stocked kitchen, however not many open cabinets to put our food into so we left it on the countertops, making it crowded, but no big deal for a few nights. They provided toilet paper, shower toiletries, paper towels and trash bags. It's so nice to not have to lug that extra stuff. Some weird, short power……

“The suite had everything you would need to cook, wash clothes, dishwasher. Great location close to everything. Only thing no on-site parking. Other then that I would recommend to others”

“This is truly the most ideal And perfect spot for anyone coming to Philly. Check in process is not clear- If you book through a third party and not the host directly, you must call to receive the check in links so you can access the door and get into the property. Was slightly stressful as this took some time but once I understood how to enter and exit I felt much better. So close to rittenhouse square. A truly perfect location”

“help desk is friendly and very helpful and available very late into the night. Everything is clean except our sofa-beds were broken/ not comfortable.”

“Great view, and they don’t expect you to do chores before checking out that I appreciate. However the parking situation would’ve been great if there was better communication. I paid for parking, there was no instructions on how to get in, the pin. They told me to head to parking but waited outside for 15 minutes trying to figure it out on an extremely busy road. Caused a lot of unnecessary stress. Room was great, but parking needs to be explained better. Other guests told me the same as well.”

“Tricky using the codes to access the building and the suite. Shower water never got really hot.”

“This property is overvalued for the experience it offers guests. 1. Check-out time at 10:00 AM is extremely inconvenient. 2. The bathroom sink was small without room to place toiletries. 3. The furniture on the seating living room needs a much needed upgrade both chairs and the couch. Will never consider booking with this business again. Thanks!”
