The house is located in the immediate vicinity of 3 farms (bovine, equine, poultry) with passage of agricultural machinery. The cottage is composed of a living room/lounge (wood stove), a kitchen, a separate toilet, an office and a laundry room; 3 bedrooms (2 beds 90) (1 bed 140) (1 bed 140) and a shower room with a second toilet. The house has a 500m² garden with terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. Wifi. Private parking. All-inclusive rate: electric heating, sheets, towels and cleaning. Wood stove: free wood. Optional: Mandatory cleaning package for professionals €80/stay. In addition: Tourist tax. Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
