Villa Collebelvedere - Apartment West - Home Restaurant
The Villa is nestled in the green scenery of olive groves on the hillside with breathtaking views in all directions from Rome to the Sabina Mountains. You will be welcomed in a villa in a comfortable independent apartment which benefits from its own private terrace with barbeque and stunning sunsets for al fresco diner. Located just 8 km from the town of Passo Corese, with all amenities, including the train service which is directly connected to Rome and the Fiumicino International Airport.
From our property you can visit a region full of interesting archaeological areas, historical
and natural sites (Rome 40min, the Farfa Abbey 10min, the Tivoli Gardens, the Bracciano Lake and Castle, etc.) or reach the famous Tuscany and beautifull Umbria regions are within easy driving distance.
English, French, German, Danish and Italian are spoken.

Relaxing Retreat in the Italian Countryside
We spent 10 nights here and enjoyed it very much. You are in a very rural area but there is town near by that has supermarket, bank etc and a well serviced train station approx 8 km away. We took the train to Rome in under the hour 8 euros each return which also gives you all day metro and bus use in a Rome. There is also some very good restaurants serving high quality Italian food and we struggled to spend over 80 euros for the four of us which we had 3 courses with beers and 🍷 so very good value.
Jette and Antonio and Lucca are really lovely friendly helpful hosts, who couldn't do enough for us. The apartment was lovely and clean and kitchen was well equipped.Lovely private patio area that looked out onto Olive and Pepper trees.
If we were to go back we would book the larger apartment that looks on to the large wonderful swimming pool as we think it would be more suitable for four adults with lots of stuff.
But all in all a perfect venue for our summer break, bravo Jetta and Antonio.

Beautiful location and wonderful hosts
We had a great stay with Jette and Antonio. The location is good with an excellent view of the Sabina mountains. The apartment was nice and clean, and we really appreciated the aircondition in the bedrooms since it was extremely warm. Jette and Antonio are very pleasant and helpful hosts, and it felt very homely.

Excellent endroit. Environnement magnifique, poétique, calme, et des hôtes très sympas.
Nous étions 4 françaises, venues dans un but précis, pour un concert au Théâtre Potlach à Fara in Sabina village. Le logement est situé juste au cœur des endroits où nous voulions nous rendre : Fara in Sabina, Rome accessible par le train, Farfa et son abbaye, et les environs conseillés par nos hôtes. Et ces hôtes, Jette et Antonio, sont des personnes d'une amabilité extraordinaire, accueillants, prévenants, attentifs, sans jamais être envahissants. De très belles personnes. Le logement est très beau et confortable, avec une vue sur les collines environnantes qui bénéficient d'une douceur autant visuelle qu'atmosphérique. A recommander.
