“good stay ”

“The hotel is too far from the city! we had to checkout today and find for a suitable hotel inside the city! we used to walk for 1km to get a taxi to town which takes about 20min to get there! The hotel is suitable for guest with cars!”

“Room was clean and staff were polite and service was excellent. Breakfast was ok. The only thing I didn’t like was that the smart TV had connectivity issues majority of the time. ”

“They would not address the issues with no running water or electricity for 4 days❤️ ”

“The only good thing was the breakfast. The night manager was really helpful and very professional, he is an asset to the hotel. He stepped in on the second night to resolve all issues I had complained about the entire day. Will I stay again? Probably not. This is a 3 star hotel, definitely not 4 star.”

“Great value for the money. Bed was comfortable and the shower was big. The host took care of any issues that arose promptly. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Power was relatively constant with a backup generator. ”

“The hotel websites states clearly that there is a free shuttle to the airport. But the driver who carried me to the airport on the day i checked out told me it is not for free and that trip costs 40.000naira. I was really shocked. Luckily i had cash on me, imagine someone traveling without cash I think that free shuttle to airport should be removed from their website ”
