"The property was clean, but the quality of bedding and kitchen stuff was just too basic. Absolutely shapeless and thin pillows, all same everywhere, so nothing to choose from. Utensils and plates are fresh from Tesco basic range still with stickers. Pans with anti stick bottoms scratched, which may be a health issue. I know it’s a caravan, and not much aspiration to be expected, but it might be just a tad bit better than a factory canteen."

"Lovely, well-equipped lodge. Lots of extra touches, like eco-friendly toiletries, locally produced apple juice and towels for the dog. Very peaceful location on angling club lake, a perfect getaway."

"The caravan was very clean on arrival. The host had left cleaning products for us. The beds were made and also extra bedding. Clean towels were available. The host called before we arrived to let us know she had left ice lollies for the children and some crisps. There was also things like ready meals, tea, coffee, sugar and sauces. Also a bbq to use. "

"We absolutely love the set-up of Lantern & Larks and have stayed on 3 different sites. The Sweffling site is a favourite as the location is so close to the coast and the lovely towns of Southwold & Aldeburgh. Nothing is too much trouble for Andrew who lives on the farm onsite and is always available.
