An experience with both hits and misses
The first room assigned was below standard - not fully cleaned dustbin, noisy air conditioning and messy towels in the toilet. Therefore, I waited for another 30+ mins to wait for assigning me another room. Luckily, the second room assigned to me was great and the staff were helpful in general. But ...

Very comfortable and pleasant apartment!
Great location that is 5 to 10 minutes walk away from the South Bank. The apartment was very clean and had great amenities. The front desk was very helpful and was extremely receptive throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again.
