Parking is a nightmare as it is in a residential area and you will probably have to park at a garage a few hundred meters away and pay around 25 Euros a day. The hotel itself is a bit dingy but clean and you need a key to get into the property so safety is not an issue. "This was a great hotel with lots of character. One may even feel they are taking a step back into history at this place and I took a bit of time to explore all the interesting nooks and crannies. The reception area was beautiful. Breakfast was pretty decent and friendly service. Location was perfect. Close to great tapas places and close to Santa Justa train station. "

The beds were cozy and inviting, which might make it tempting to relax instead of exploring while on vacation. The hotel was also very accommodating in holding our luggage, which made a significant difference. I have to mention that the breakfast is amazing and prepared with great care.
