Relax in this warm and cosy retreat after a day at the beach, with its fully equipped kitchen, spacious bedroom and comfy king size bed. Comfortable Coastal Apartment - Sleeping 4 in 1 Bedroom - Pool and Beach Access

Welcome to Meadowside Apartment - part of the Bay Filey Holiday Village it is ideal for couples or a growing family with children.

Enter into the hallway with space to hang your gear after a day at the beach!

Off the hallway is a family bathroom (new in 2022) with shower over and a spacious bedroom with comfy king size bed and lots of storage.

In the lounge diner you will find a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, 3* freezer box, washer dryer, dishwasher, oven, hob and microwave plus plenty of cookware for family breaks.

The dining area comfortably sits 3 at the table.

The lounge area features a large TV (SMART) with a sofa bed and separate occasional chair. The sofa bed is available for a 3rd adult or 2 children. We do not advise booking this for 4 adults as the apartment is not big enough to sit and eat comfortably.

Travel Cot and High Chair are available for use free of charge (own bedding required).

We leave a few games for our guests to use. This warm and cosy apartment is ideal for breaks all year round.

Some amenities are chargeable locally like food and drink, tennis and any activities operated by Away Resorts such as Archery and Crafts.

Enjoyable few days stay

The apartment is clean, comfortable and well equipped providing a warm, relaxing space after a day out. I had been concerned about the distance to Filey but we were able to walk there on the beach each day and make use of the excellent Coaster bus service back at high tide.

Great little place for 2, plus doggies! Clean enough, appreciated the little starter pack, too. It could do with some redecorating, freshening up, but absolutely fine for a short break

Had a great time dog friendly

Lovley location, all staff very polite, email Anthony with some questions before we went extremely helpful. Hopefully we will be coming back soon this year. Wish it was closer to home but the journey is worth it. Beach not far and absolutely stunning. Not far from other amenities, with a pub and shop on site if required.

Meadowside apartment.

This wasn't the most comfortable or homely stay I have had at The Bay at Filey. The apartment is very basic and not homely. I would say it is adequate, with basic seating, minimal crockery and dark furnishings, which are a little depressing. It was very clean and tidy. There was no mirror near a socket to use the hairdryer. A strong smell of curry, which after the windows were opened, still stayed unfortunately. There was a lot of flies inside this property.
