"Selkeä ohjeistus, hyvä palvelu, tilava huone ja hyvät sängyt! Yleissiisteys hyvä, mutta kokolattiamaton vuoksi tuskin soveltuu pölyherkille. Majoituin kahden pienen lapsen kanssa pe-la yön, eikä ainakaan tuolloin ollut meluhaittoja, päinvastoin tuntui että äänieristys on hyvä ja saimme nukkua rauhassa. Erinomainen sijainti ja hyvä hinta-laatusuhde."

"Staff were helpful. Didn't try the bar. Room was clean and tidy but small. One pillow on each bed which was small, soft and thin making an uncomfortable night - maybe we could have got more from Reception but we were on the 7th floor. No tea/coffee facilities in the room but free drinks at the bar downstairs - again didn't try it. Breakfast was great though, self-service with lots of choice and variety, and good quality. However, we had to go to the Clarion Hotel next door for it, it was not in the Comfort Hotel. Glad we took our bags with us to go straight to the airport check-in afterwards."

"Stayed for a night in an igloo and the service from staff was first class from the moment we were picked up from the train station. Our igloo had great views of the surrounding nature with amazing resort facilities. The spa and sauna was very relaxing and breakfast was delicious. Would stay here again if I return to a Rovaniemi one day."
