“I had a wonderful experience with the hotel’s front desk staff and the shuttle drivers. However, I encountered what felt like differential treatment from a male staff member during breakfast. This was, unfortunately, my first and only experience of such treatment during my entire trip to Finland. “No designed parking area in front of the chalet, one night someone parked in front of our chalet and we had to park further away and walk back under the snow. Some windows and balcony doors do not come with curtains or blinds (or have a big gap), quite insecure about that. The staff are funny and helpful. Overall is good. Laundry machine - 10 EUR for 2 hours. ”
