Personalmente il soggiorno in questa struttura mi ha lasciato molto deluso. Vero è che nel weekend della mia permanenza si sono verificati moltissimi disagi dovuti al cattivo tempo improvviso e ad un vento devastante. E' altrettanto vero però che questo tipo di problemi non dovrebbe per nessun motivo ripercuotersi sull'efficienza dei servizi, andando ad inficiare un soggiorno che comunque il cliente ha pagato profumatamente. Due in particolare le criticità che mi hanno fatto pentire della scelta; il sistema di riscaldamento centralizzato che funzionava male, riscaldava poco ed è stato addirittura spento per varie ore al giorno, trasformando la mia stanza in una cella frigorifera e l'impossibilità per tutti i tre giorni di farmi una doccia, viste le condizioni assolutamente inadeguate nelle quali versava l'impianto idraulico del bagno. Rubinetti dell'acqua calda con un rigagnolo d'acqua per giunta anche appena tiepida. Uno stillicidio insomma. Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile ma non ha provveduto in nessun modo, nonostante le mie varie ma educate rimostranze, a risolvere questi problemi, limitandosi ad offrire un'assistenza inadeguata e che non ha risolto nulla, fuori tempo massimo (la sera prima della mia partenza). Infine, ad oggi non ho ancora avuto una ricevuta che attesti quanto ho pagato, nonostante le mie continue richieste via e-mail da più di tre mesi. A febbraio non fu possibile rilasciarla sempre per il famoso maltempo. Mi spiace. Un disastro!

Settimana a Fiuggi per il Rally di Roma Capitale
Ho soggiornato una settimana in questo Hotel in centro a Fiuggi decisamente comodo pulito e a condizione familiare tutti molto disponibili pronti a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza ...sicuramente se tornerò a Fiuggi soggiornero all hotel Roma Nord grazie
