Der skal ikke så meget til før de kunne have fået bedre anmeldelse, men ting som at vi ikke fik gjort rent, skiftet sengetøj eller håndklæder og selv skulle bede om toiletpapir i en periode på 14 dage tæller virkelig ned. "Hotel is outstanding, it’s over 500 years old and it’s immaculate, food was great, very quiet, first time we have ever stayed in a Palace, room was large with a King bed. My only criticism is that it doesn’t have a true shower. Staff were so polite and accommodating ….we loved the place. Shout out to Lucia who checked us in made us feel so welcome. Appreciated Irina’s help this morning on the check out. "
