“It was a much needed cool room to sleep on an above average hot day. Very clean and easy to get in and out of. The only issue I had was due to how Expedia pays for the room. There online check in was requesting another payment. However, I was let in by a very nice German lady so I could work out the issue (thx!). The staff then helped me sort the problem. Overall a excellent experience and a cool, quite room.”

“What was supposed to be 4 star hotel was hardly 2 star. Lift was broken and no one offer help with luggage to the 3rd floor, no air-conditioning and no simple fans, refrigerator in my room didn't work, when approaching the reception, the lady said, true the refrigerator doesn't work but why do i have a problem with this! Made reservation for dinner but all tables in the garden were occupied and the only available table was inside without Aircon at 40c and all waiters sweating... One the worst……

“Fürchterliches Entree. Mit Machete ist der Eingang auffindbar. Völlig abgewohnt. Fenster fallen auseinander. Fernseher aus dem letzten Jahrtausend. Bäder unmodern und ohne Lüftung. Haare überall. Türen haben geklemmt. Stromausfall in einem Zimmer. Frühstück war fürchterlich und definitiv keine 14€ pro Person wert.”
