"My family booked a premium room at a wellness spa. This is not what we experienced. Access to the room was via a narrow staircase into the loft. No hand rails. Narrow steps. Basic health and safety issue. The room felt like a half converted loft. Curtains simply hid what was basically an area of junk. The bunk bed for the kids has a large spike just above it. "Perfect, quiet escape for a night. Hosts were lovely. Beautiful setting. Communication was good. Nice that everything was on one level. Some tight spaces for a narrow wheelchair user but we made it work. Would recommend to friends and family. "
